Licensed markets only. Placement and full-management fees are offered where KAYA is licensed as, or partners with, a broker of record. Everywhere else KAYA runs software-only and you self-manage with the tools below. We never charge a regulated fee in a market where we aren't licensed to charge it.

Maintenance

A dispatch fee when KAYA coordinates a repair. The contractor is paid directly by you — no 10–25% markup.
